The Upper word is "hatch" from Patricia Piccinini's surrogate
The Lower ground word is "Dead" From Ricky Swallow's private dancer
I designed the two studios to be on the upper ground due to several reasons
First, both Designers are quite famous
so to be fair to them
I think that they should have studios both above the ground
Second, I think most people rather choose to create their design under the sunlight
therefore the arrangement of are putting the two studios on the upper ground and the exhibition gallery on the underground, as seen below
